| How to Advocate for the World's Poor | You came to Washington to make a difference and be a voice for the voiceless. Learn tips and get advice directly from Congressional staff on how to make the most out of your meetings on Capitol Hill. |
| Exploring CARE: Going Beyond the Mission Statement | You know about CARE's mission, but do you know how we decide to work where we do? Or how we choose what programming to implement? Join this session to go slightly deeper into CARE's philosophy, work and outcomes. |

| Voices From the Field | Join us in this roundtable discussion of humanitarian aid workers from across the globe to hear first hand stories about the fight against global poverty. From the daily challenges to the minor miracles, CARE country staff will share their experiences, the challenging work they do, and their contributions toward empowering women and girls worldwide. |
| Bringing an End to Gender-Based Violence | Gender-related violence is a daily, and often deadly, fact of life for millions of women and girls around the world. One in three of the world’s women will experience violence in her lifetime -- whether she is attacked on the street, in the workplace, in the home or during times of war and armed conflict. Learn from experts in the field on how they work with women and men to address this issue and put an end to this cycle of violence. |
